I’m Louise
Let me tell you about igniting my career and the transformative journey towards work that fits and feels good.
I started my business way back in 2018 after spending a lifetime in a corporate job. Or at least what seemed like a lifetime.
My journey into coaching was fueled by my own experiences of feeling stuck and undervalued in my career. I was a high-performer mastering skills left, right, and center but couldn’t figure out how to master my own career journey. I struggled to find my confidence and a direction.
I understand firsthand the challenges that mid-career professionals face—whether it's grappling with self-doubt, navigating career transitions, or seeking more meaning and fulfillment in work.
What sets me apart is my unwavering commitment to authenticity and my belief in the transformative power of self-trust. I don't offer quick fixes or one-size-fits-all solutions because that never works for long.
You see, if I gave you a map to follow, the only place you’d go is on someone else’s journey ending up somewhere you don’t want to be.
